Are you a chocolate lover? If so, you don't want to miss this! Equal Exchange Espresso Bar is teaming up with Theo Chocolate this April to bring you a viewing of the film, The Dark Side of Chocolate. This is a 43-minute documentary examining continued allegations of child labor, trafficking and slavery in the international cocoa industry. Representatives from EEE, Theo Chocolate, Community Alliance for Global Justice, Sustainable Ballard, Seattle Good Business Network, and Fair Trade Seattle will be present to answers questions and let you know how consumers like you can help to change the system. Did I mention there will also be free chocolate and coffee? Join us Thursday, April 14th from 7-9pm at Theo Chocolate in Fremont. 3400 Phinney Ave. N, Seattle, WA 98103.
